First, thank you to everyone who has been so positive and supportive since our official announcement last week. It truly means a lot to us. Secondly, don’t forget to call & book your session by March 1 to receive your FREE session and COMPLIMENTARY 11×14. This is a $150 value – you can’t pass it up! A point of clarification: your session doesn’t have to take place before March 1, you just have to book your session by March 1.

We are anxiously awaiting our first marketing effort to hit everyone’s inbox early tomorrow morning. We liken it to giving birth to a child. Will everything go ok? How will everyone receive it? Will our lives change afterwards? The anticipation is maddening! If you’re a recipient of our e-newsletter, please submit a comment. Not only will you be entered into a drawing for a free session & a complimentary 11×14 wall portrait ($150 value), but how else will we know how we’re doing? If you’d like to be added to our distribution list and entered into the drawing, you too can leave a comment. We’ll be pacing the floors until the birth.

We at M³ Photography want to wish everyone a Happy Valentine’s Day! A few weeks ago, we had a great time on the grounds of the Indianapolis Museum of Art taking photos of one of our favorite families.  Not only did they end up with some GREAT portraits, but we decided to turn some of the photos into Valentine’s Day cards for the family and kids.

We struggle. Blogs are all the rage. The hype. We troll many, we avoid ours. How do we tend to our little blog garden? Do the happenings in our daily lives have enough pizzazz to be interesting to other readers? Do our lives as moms, volunteers, wives, small business entrepreneurs have what it takes to document and share? Is this sunshine, water and compost enough to keep our garden healthy and flourishing? We have no idea. But here we are: owners of an opportunity to share with our friends, family, clients, blog trollers alike. What will happen as M³ grows, as we encounter great clients and as we venture forth? Only time will tell,  but it will most likely be documented here…albeit sometimes reluctantly. Thanks for reading & supporting.
